Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All returned items must be insured as we do not cover lost items within transit.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can only ship to Canadian addresses. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
For wholesale customers, shipping will be quoted to you after we have consolidated your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Billing for shipping will be added to your order. If payment is made by credit card, you will be advised of the shipping charge and it will need to be paid prior to shipping your order.
Terms of Sale
1. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change due to significant increases or decreases in the exchange rate.
2. Freight is prepaid and charged back. Orders over $1500 dollars may qualify for free shipping. (Bulk items such as: targets, cases, blinds, tree stands, tree steps, trophy rock, bagged/cubed attractants,bear bait & safes are not eligible for free freight.
3. Shipping of warranty parts is the responsibility of the DEALER.
4. Accounts overdue may be charged an interest rate of 3% per month.
5. Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 7 days of receiving product.
6. No credit or replacement on warranties unless RA# has been obtained.
7. Back orders will be shipped when available unless otherwise specified by the customer.
8. Items not in the catalogue are considered ‘special orders’. ‘Special orders’ must be prepaid and are non-refundable. This includes sights with specified pin size and color.
