1. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change due to significant increases or decreases in the exchange rate.
2. Freight is prepaid and charged back. Orders over $1500 dollars may qualify for free shipping. (Bulk items such as: targets, cases, blinds, tree stands, tree steps, trophy rock, bagged/cubed attractants,bear bait & safes are not eligible for free freight.
3. Shipping of warranty parts is the responsibility of the DEALER.
4. Accounts over 60 days will be charged an interest rate of 3% per month.
5. Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 7 days of receiving product.
6. To qualify for the price match guarantee, the product must be in stock and you must provide an invoice or pricelist with the competitor’s price listed.
7. No credit or replacement on warranties unless RA# has been obtained.
8. Back orders will be shipped when available unless otherwise specified by the customer.
9. Items not in the catalogue are considered ‘special orders’. ‘Special orders’ must be prepaid and are non-refundable. This includes sights with specified pin size and color.
10. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase or a 10% restocking fee may apply. All returned merchandise must be unopened and undamaged.
